Esther was introduced to me by my brother who is a realtor in Washington State where I also live. I was looking for a specialist in reverse mortgages. Esther was exactly that, a specialist. Located in California, she held our hands and walked us through the analysis and ultimately the closing of a reverse mortgage FHA loan via all of the virtual and amazing contemporary technology available today. Not only knowledgeable, Esther is an amazing communicator. With every detail and step along the way, she was on top of the process, understanding of the challenges, helpful resolving them all while moving the process along as quickly and carefully as possible. Either by phone, email or text there was not a time when Esther did not immediately respond, answer our questions or keep the process moving forward. The whole process was completed within about 45 days once we agreed to proceed. I will keep Esther in my contacts and go to her anytime I have a future need. I would not hesitate to recommend her. She is a true professional while being very kind, friendly and upbeat . She made the complex process easy to work through and left us with a satisfying experience and a good loan improving our lives for years to come.

I am so fortunate to have met Esther Buede through a previous business relationship, that involved communicating with our clients. Esther is Phenomenal to work with. She recently brought us a deal as a broker that needed funding quickly and she was able to get us a full file in less than 24 hours. Anything we asked for as the lender, was sent to us within an hour of requesting. In the lending space, it is rare for a broker to be on top of things as much as Esther was. This was the 4th biggest event of my lifetime ( behind getting married, having kids & buying the place in 2004 ). Refinancing to a great rate, on my time line & by very friendly staff from start to finish. It started with Esther who I told was competing against someone else for my business. I loved her attitude, her speed & professionalism. She made me feel like I was in charge. The numbers were similar from both companies but hers were slightly lower so I said let’s do this. Than Melissa was handed the ball with the numbers & the goal I had in mind for this loan. We worked well as a team. She left me a list of things the appraiser wanted done to make the appraisal go well. Esther called me ( informally ) to give me a heads up that the appraisal went well & the loan was moving forward , as I was on edge. Melissa & I continued working as a team right to me signing documents at 7pm yesterday which was my goal. My payment & interest rate is much lower & pleased with the old fashioned way I was treated from start to finish. I will be saving thousands on my loan over its lifetime.
